Meet your host. My name is Richard Charles Condon. I represent no church or organization. I am solely responsible for this website's eclectic contents. It seems to me that Universal Reconciliation ought to have some practical application, and not be relegated to the great by and by, or concerned only with the afterlife. Our doctrine ought to determine our deportment. A Christian ought to be a peace-maker, not a war-monger; a reconciler, not a persecutor; a promoter of social justice, not an exploiter of the disadvantaged.
And now, Israel, what doth the LORD thy God require of thee, but to fear the LORD thy God, to walk in all His ways, and to love Him, and to serve the LORD thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul, To keep the commandments of the LORD, and His statutes, which I command thee this day for thy good? (Deuteronomy 10:12-13)
He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God? (Micah 6:8)
Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets. (Matthew 22:37-40)
